Capacity for sustainable fundraising
The Foundation is developing a project concept to strengthen its fundraising capacity under CETF Grant Scheme No. 2.

Programme framework
The official scheme title is Грантова схема № 2 „Финансово устойчив граждански сектор – Заедно за каузи“, identifier CETF-2026-GFL2, within the Civic Engagement and Transparency Facility (CETF) 2024–2029.
The Foundation’s project concept is being developed at Beginner level. The official Bulgarian title is retained because the CETF procedure page does not publish an official English scheme title; “Financially Sustainable Civil Sector – Together for Causes” is a descriptive translation only. Reference to the scheme does not imply approval, partnership with CETF or received funding.

The institutional challenge
The Foundation is at an early stage in building a professional fundraising function. It needs a consistent system for developing relationships with individual, corporate and institutional donors and partners.
Communications must serve fundraising by supporting a clear case, relevant proposals, traceable relationship management and verifiable reporting.

The proposed intervention
- Develop a fundraising strategy and clear case for support
- Research and segment potential donors and partners
- Build a fundraising pipeline and a CRM-ready documentation process
- Plan campaigns, proposals and consistent follow-up
- Introduce donor stewardship and long-term relationship practices
- Coordinate communications in direct support of fundraising
- Strengthen measurement, reporting and organisational learning

Fundraising first
The guiding principle is “Fundraising first; communications in service of fundraising.” Public content is useful when it supports real relationships, consistent processes and accountable institutional work.

- A clearer and more consistent approach to fundraising
- Better-documented donor and partner relationships
- Improved readiness for appropriate campaigns and proposals
- A stronger basis for measurement, reporting and learning
- More sustainable organisational capacity in support of artistic work

Ecosystem and boundaries
The project concept is being developed by Foundation 432 Hz. 432 Chamber Orchestra is its confirmed lead artistic project.
Ivan K. Yanakiev is founder and manager of Foundation 432 Hz, founder and conductor of 432 Chamber Orchestra, author of the dissertation on concert pitch a¹ = 432 Hz, and the principal figure behind 432 Research Project.
432 Research Project and Maestro Yanakiev are separate public identities in the wider 432 ecosystem. This page does not attribute legal ownership by the Foundation, programme partnership or funded-activity status to them.
