General enquiries
We collect an email address, topic and message; a name is optional. The purpose is to handle the specific enquiry, conduct follow-up correspondence, maintain continuity and document its resolution. Processing is necessary to take steps at the person’s request and, where applicable, for the Foundation’s legitimate interest in managing its correspondence.

Fundraising Officer EOI
We collect a name, email address, brief summary of relevant experience and motivation; a professional-profile link is optional. The purpose is to consider the expressed interest in current and future selection processes, conduct follow-up correspondence and maintain a candidate archive within the approved period. Processing is necessary to take steps at the person’s request concerning a possible engagement and, where applicable, for the Foundation’s legitimate interest in assessing and following up expressed professional interest. There is no automated scoring or decision. Do not send a CV attachment or special-category personal data.

Recipients and transfers
Access must be limited to authorised Foundation personnel and technical providers actually configured for hosting, database or email services. Specific production processors and any international transfers must be documented; this website does not claim that their legal review has been completed.

Retention and deletion
General-enquiry data is retained for up to 730 days from submission. Fundraising Officer EOI data is retained for up to 1,825 days from submission. Each record's deletion date is calculated from its submission time using the applicable period. Short-lived keyed IP hashes used for rate limiting are not used as identity and are automatically removed under the technical configuration.

Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or object where the relevant right applies, using the official email. The forms do not request marketing consent and do not use automated decision-making.
